Q.What if I find the same product cheaper else where?
In the unlikely event that you find the same product (total package including postage and packing) cheaper at the time of purchase we will always try to match the price or even beat it. To take advantage of our price match promise email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the product description, the product code, the price and where you have seen it at a lower price. We will then give you an immediate decision on a price match.
Q.Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?
Yes, your credit card information is secure on our website. Upon check-out, your details are sent to the bank directly. Your personal information will not be stored on any other system and none of our employees will ever have access or see your credit card details.
Q.How long will I have to wait for delivery of my products?
Once your order has been processed, standard delivery is 3-5 working days.
Q.Can I have a product delivered outside of the UK?
We are happy to supply products to countrys outside the UK. Please call us for a qoute for delivery. Alternativly we can liase with your couriers to arrange collection.
Q.What if my product is damaged when it is delivered?
Hopkins must be informed of any damages within 24 hours of delivery. You will then be informed of how to return the damaged product and a replacement will be arranged.
Q.What if my equipment breaks down within the first few months?
Most products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty which lasts 12 months. Contact Hopkins if your product breaks down within 12 months of purchase.
You will need to fill out a warranty request form which requires your signature. This can be down loaded here. If you would like the form sending by other means please contact us on the main number.
Q.Where do I buy spare parts from?
Should you require any spares for your equipment look in the spares department of our online shop or contact the spares department at Hopkins Frying Ranges Ltd on 0113 257 7934.
Q. Can I have the product on credit?
You can set up an account with Hopkins with a credit facility. Prices online will be subject to a 10% increase to cover the costs of administration. Please contact us if you like to discuss setting up an account.
Q. I am been asked for a 3D secure password. What is this?
3D secure is an added layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions. If you havent already registered your card you can follow the instructions to set up your secure password which will then be used for all online transactions. This password is held by your bank and not by Hopkins. If you prefer you can you can register your card for 3D secure online with your bank.
