Return of Spare Parts

The maximum time limit for return of spare parts to HCE is 10 working days from delivery of goods.

Damaged Items

Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours from time of delivery. The item(s) must be returned to HCE within seven working days from delivery for inspection by our technical department.

Parts Incorrectly Ordered, or No Longer Required

All goods returned will incur a 20% restocking charge

No credit will be given for delivery charges to the customer, nor for any delivery costs incurred in returning the parts to HCE Ltd.

Faulty Parts

Warranty on parts is subject to the supplier’s discretion. Any faulty parts must be reported to HCE within a 6 month period. A report must be included from the engineer or customer stating the nature of the fault.

Credits

No credit will be given for delivery charges to the customer, nor for any delivery costs incurred returning the parts to HCE Ltd.

 

 

Returns of Equipment

Return of equipment is subject to the supplier’s discretion and subject to their returns policy. Please contact the sales team who will speak to the suppliers on your behalf.   

All goods returned will incur a minimum 20% restocking charge. (Please note that restocking fees are set by the manufacturer and may be higher.)

Returned goods will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery, if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used.

No credit will be given for delivery charges to the customer, nor for any delivery costs incurred in returning equipment

Damaged Items

Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours from time of delivery.  Items not reported within 24 hours may not be accepted for return by the supplier due to courier regulations. Please ensure that all goods are check immediately.

Please note that goods from some suppliers also require photographic evidence of the damaged unit within 24 hours. 

Warranty

Warranty on equipment is subject to the supplier’s discretion.

Please contact the sales team for a warranty request form which must be signed by the purchaser for the warranty request to be progressed. Once the form is completed our dedicated service department will liaise with manufacturers on your behalf ensuring that your request is processed quickly and efficiently.
